Natural Heritage Mission celebrates European Maritime Day in My Country 2026!
This year, our Mission’s Community of Practice celebrates the EMD in Lisbon, Portugal!
The members of the Natural Heritage Mission’s Community of Practice celebrate this day with the guided visit to the Water Museum (Museu da Agua). The participants got the insights into the history of Lisbon’s water supply, with a focus on tackling water supply issues, the urban water cycle, water pollution and water footprint.
Additionally, this visit symbolically launched the “Solve the Challenge” 2026 awareness raising campaign with the main topic of water crisis.
